Welcome to Zymqoravi. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules governing your use of our website, zymqoravi.info, and any residential or commercial cleaning services scheduled through our platform.
We provide expert cleaning services across several regions of the United States. Specific pricing, hourly guidelines, and service scopes depend on the particular tier chosen (Essential Clean, The Signature Deep, or Custom Estate Care).
By filling out our estimate forms, you submit an inquiry to schedule service. No booking is legally finalized until confirmed via email or digital invoice. Zymqoravi reserves the right to decline bookings for properties with unsafe work conditions.
The client is responsible for ensuring our cleaning professionals have safe access to the property (including gate codes, keys, or on-site access) and that any utilities (water, electricity) are functioning during the session.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning session to cancel or postpone. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window may incur a nominal scheduling fee.
While our staff takes extraordinary care with your property, Zymqoravi shall not be held liable for normal wear-and-tear, pre-existing structural damage, or fragile items that are not properly secured.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be settled in the state and federal courts in California.
